1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard shipping time to the continental United States is 2-5 business days. Please make sure your billing and shipping information is input correctly at the time of checkout. In the event that your information is input incorrectly, your order may be delayed if additional information is needed. We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
2. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items purchased. We offer standard shipping options as well as expedited shipping for an additional fee.
3. Shipping Locations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
4. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details for your convenience. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
5. Shipping Carriers: We partner with reputable carriers such as USPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders.

7. International Shipping: For international orders, please be aware that customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not liable for any lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier in case of such occurrences.
9. Order Changes or Cancellations: If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order has been processed and shipped.
